ENB-0040 is an investigational product currently being studied as an enzyme replacement therapy in phase II
clinical trials for the treatment of hypophosphatasia. It is an engineered form of the key enzyme that HPP patients lack, and is designed to have a high affinity for bone. Nonclinical mouse studies showed that ENB-0040 has exhibited pre-clinical activity in the treatment of HPP. Clinical studies are ongoing.
